Clean and Jerk 65KG
Weighted Pull Up 20KG
I started training CrossFit when CrossFit Bodmin opened, so have been here since the beginning. Before CrossFit, I danced and did a little strength training alongside traditional fitness classes, but was never really ‘sporty’. You don’t have to be fit to start in CrossFit, it’s enough to turn up and be willing to try whatever is written up on the board that day.
I train everyday Monday to Saturday and I like to keep active on Sundays too whether that’s swimming, dancing or climbing, I always feel better when I can move. So when the national lockdowns began I started programming home workouts for the box so everyone could keep active. From there I decided to take it a step further and complete my CrossFit Level 1 certification so I could start coaching in person.
I love helping people achieve their goals, from your first pull up to perfecting your weightlifting technique, I want to help you get there, I’m going through it myself in my own training so I know how rewarding it can be when it pays off. I really enjoy the process and seeing our members progress and compound those marginal gains.
